Kerry Community Council Ordinary Business Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of the month. No scheduled meetings are held in August or December.

The meetings are held in Kerry Village Hall except May and June. The May meeting is held at Sarn Village Hall and the June Meeting at Dolfor Village Hall. 

AGENDA WILL BE PUBLISHED 3 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE MEETING AND AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD BELOW

In addition, a  Public Agenda Pack will be published in accordance with Local Government Act 1972 Schedule 12 para 26

The Public Agenda Pack provides additional information and documentation related to the business being conducted at the meeting.

Minutes are approved at the following meeting however draft/unapproved minutes are included in the table below.

Please note that draft minutes are subject to change and are not considered final until approved.

Details of the decisions made by the council are detailed in the minutes.

To comply with PCC guidelines and to ensure public awareness additional planning meetings may be called. Notification will be posted on the village notice boards, as applicable.

Meetings are open to residents, who may only address the meeting with the Chairman’s prior consent. Remote audio access to the meeting is available and detailed on the Agenda - please email the Clerk for more information.

If you wish to address the Council in Welsh please make your intentions known at the time of your request, which should be made prior to the meeting date.

* Although KCC works in conjunction with PCC as consultants, it has no authority to grant planning permission.
